CardSmart Systems
is located in Lisle, Illinois, a western suburb of Chicago.
The primary focus of our business is to sell products and services
needed for identification and card issuance programs. We
represent many of the major brands in our industry and
are the largest and
most recognized supplier in our local area of Illinois, Indiana and
Wisconsin.

We also offer complimentary product lines that fall within our area
of expertise and are needed by our core customers. Network
authentication programs,
healthcare wristband and label solutions
and wireless networking for PDA’s and other handheld devices
are examples. These product lines represent rapidly expanding parts
of our business.

We offer our customers a great deal of experience and industry
expertise. Many of our employees joined us after working with some
of the companies whose products we represent. In fact CardSmart
Systems employees collectively have more than 200 years of combined
experience in the identification and card issuance industry. |

Our marketing staff provides consultative services to our customers
to help them identify and implement the latest technologies available
for identification and card issuance
programs. We understand the requirements of the industries that
we serve and always target our recommendations toward solving
business needs rather than providing products. |
Our large service staff provides on-site installation service,
customer training for software and equipment and on-site service
support during and after new product warranty. For customers
who are covered by an on-site
warranty or a service contract we average less
than one business hour response by phone and four-business hour
response to be on-site. Our technicians carry computers and the
latest diagnostic tools from the product manufacturers. Each of our
technicians is factory trained on |

the use of the diagnostic tools and general troubleshooting and
repair of the products we sell. CardSmart Systems service technicians
participate in hundreds of hours of training each year to keep their skills
current and learn service procedures for new products. Each of our
service technicians carries with him an inventory of commonly needed parts
valued at several thousand dollars. Additional parts are stored at our
office in Lisle or we can have parts shipped directly from the factory for
next day delivery. We use only factory certified repair parts. |

Supplies are stocked in our Lisle office and can usually be shipped
the same day as ordered or we can have supplies drop shipped directly
from the factory. We have more than 1,200 customers who utilize our
products and/or services. We would be happy to provide you with
