CardSmart Systems is a factory authorized service provider for each of the brands we sell.  Using only a factory authorized service provider to perform maintenance on your equipment is very important to the performance and safety of the equipment.  Factory authorized means:

• We use only factory certified new original manufacturer parts
• We have the factory diagnostic tools which allow us to run computer diagnostics to identify the precise reason for problems
• Our technicians are trained by the manufacturer how to diagnose and repair problems
• We have access to and install factory updates that are sometimes required to assure efficient and safe operation of your products
• We can utilize the technical support staffs of the manufacturer

There may be pretenders that claim to be able to service your ID or card issuance equipment but be careful because unless they are factory authorized they won’t be able to provide the above capabilities which are critical if you are to keep downtime and service costs to a minimum

On-Site Installation Services

Our technician will unpack the equipment, set it up and test it for you at your site when it is convenient for you.

On-Site Training Services

We offer everything from basic operator training on how to perform fundamental operator functions to in depth training on how to create formats or link fields in relational databases.  Or we can create formats and link data fields for you.

Depot Repair Services

For those who don’t feel that they have the need for on-site service we have a complete offering of inexpensive depot repair services that we can make available to you.

Telephone Support Services

Who hasn’t used the services of a help desk at some time especially for software products?  We offer telephone support programs ranging from help desk support to software maintenance agreements.

Data Conversion and Integration Services

If you need help moving to a new platform or just a new application we can provide everything from data conversion to custom integration.  There is no integration job too small or too big for us to handle.

Equipment Rental

We have programs designed to rent equipment to you for a day or a month.  We can even provide project management and operators for you.  When you have a card issuing event let us help you get through the crunch period.

Card Production Services

If it is a one time event or you just don’t want to buy equipment to issue cards in-house we can provide card production services for you.  Whether it is ID Badges, or some other type of plastic card let us help you with card production services.
